Carrington Laboratories, Irving, TX, has completed the building of its new marketing and product development team. Joining the team is Melanie Valdez, formerly marketing and product development manager for Creative Beauty Innovations. She will work in conjunction with Hu­mayoun Akhter, who recently joined Carrington as director of research and development.
